For Morgan Wallen’s Still The Problem Tour, All Of It Now began development in 2025 and continued through the launch of the tour in 2026, providing ongoing creative and technical support as the production evolved and new changes were required. Our scope included screens production, real-time Notch integration, and assisting with programming integration, with a particular focus on developing a complex Notch pipeline that could bridge the gap between rendered content and live, interactive systems. Rather than using Notch solely as a playback or effects platform, we incorporated it directly into the content pipeline to add tracking, simulation, interaction, and real-time camera capabilities to the show’s existing visual framework.
Across the production, Notch was used in a variety of ways depending on the needs of each song and visual moment. In some instances, the real-time camera became the content itself, creating treatments such as live film strips and other camera-driven compositions. In others, Notch was used to introduce simulation and environmental interaction, including real-time fire and other effects layered into or behind existing rendered content. We also developed UVW-based workflows that allowed tracked live camera feeds to be mapped into specific elements of the rendered environments. For example, television screens within moving scenes could be tracked in real time, with UVW data generated to ensure the live camera remained correctly mapped to those surfaces as they moved through the scene.
The pipeline also allowed for greater musicality and responsiveness within the real-time content, giving individual systems the ability to react and evolve alongside the performance. By combining rendered assets with live tracking, camera, simulation, and interactive Notch processes, the system became an extension of the show’s content pipeline rather than a separate visual layer. This approach provided the production with a flexible framework that could accommodate complex visual interactions while remaining adaptable throughout the development process and the ongoing needs of the 2026 tour.
