For Peso Pluma’s Éxodo Tour, All Of It Now worked alongside STURDY. as a technical and real-time content partner, initially providing screens production and Notch IMAG before expanding into the show’s interactive LED floor system. The in-the-round stage design required a content pipeline that could support both the large LED floor and surrounding screen surfaces, while also allowing the physical movement of performers and stage elements to become inputs for the visuals. The resulting system combined Notch, Follow-Me tracking, Posi-Stage-Net, and EmberGen into a real-time workflow spanning content creation, tracking, and live playback.
A central technical challenge was turning the LED floor into a responsive visual surface. Follow-Me follow spot tracking data was integrated into Notch to provide real-time positional information, allowing floor content to react directly to the movement of performers across the stage. PSN data was also incorporated into the system, creating a broader tracking and control framework that connected the real-world stage systems to the digital content. This approach allowed the floor visuals to respond dynamically to the live production rather than relying solely on pre-rendered or timecoded content.
Notch served as the primary real-time environment for the interactive systems and IMAG treatments, handling the tracking inputs and translating them into visual responses across the floor and screens. Alongside the real-time work, All Of It Now developed custom 2D and 3D content using EmberGen, including smoke and fire simulations designed specifically around the physical contours and requirements of the stage. EmberGen’s rapid simulation and iteration capabilities allowed these effects to be developed efficiently and then integrated into the broader Notch and screens production pipeline.
The project required the different technical systems to function together as a single production environment, from content creation and screens production through tracking, real-time processing, and live output. The result was an interactive LED floor that could respond to the physical performance in real time, supported by a technical pipeline that connected Follow-Me tracking, PSN, Notch, and EmberGen into the larger visual system. This combination of creative content and technical infrastructure allowed the production to push beyond conventional IMAG and playback, making the stage itself an active and responsive part of the show.
