For Peso Pluma’s Dinastía Tour in 2026, All Of It Now developed an extensive real-time previsualization suite for STURDY., creating a technical framework that could accurately represent the complexity of the show’s automated stage design. The previsualization system incorporated real-time controllers for active automation, allowing the team to visualize and test the movement and behavior of the stage elements alongside the content and screen systems. Beyond the previsualization work, we provided screens production assistance throughout the content development pipeline, helping bridge the creative and technical requirements between the content and live production systems.
A significant component of the project was the development of a comprehensive suite of Notch camera looks that were used throughout the entire show. These looks were designed to support every song, ranging from smaller, more contained treatments that enhanced the live camera feed to larger full-screen compositions that positioned the camera as a primary visual element. The system provided a consistent real-time visual language while allowing the camera treatments to shift substantially from moment to moment in response to the needs of each performance.
We also developed real-time PSN data tracking workflows that allowed content elements to respond directly to the automated LED doors incorporated into the stage design. This created a connection between the physical automation and the digital content, enabling visuals to track and interact with the movement of the stage elements in real time. By combining previsualization, screens production, Notch camera systems, and real-time tracking, the project established a unified pipeline where content and stage automation could be developed, tested, and operated as interconnected parts of the live show. The resulting production supported a highly ambitious touring system that was successfully brought to audiences with every show on the tour selling out.
