For The Kid LAROI’s A Perfect World Tour, we worked alongside STURDY. across screens production and real-time content, developing the screens production package for the show’s broader content pipeline while serving as the Notch designers and integrators. Our role focused on building and integrating a real-time visual framework that could work cohesively with the designed content, translating the creative direction into flexible Notch systems for the live production.
Alongside the primary Notch integration, we explored additional real-time concepts and interactive systems throughout the development process. One of these was a custom oscilloscope system built in Notch and designed around direct artist interaction, allowing LAROI to manipulate the visual output live from the stage. While the oscilloscope system ultimately remained a development exploration and was not used in the final show, it demonstrated the range of interactive real-time systems being developed alongside the production.
The overall project brought together screens production, Notch design, and technical integration to create a cohesive pipeline between the show’s content and its live visual systems. Working alongside STURDY., we helped translate the visual direction into a technically robust real-time framework while exploring new possibilities for artist-driven interaction within the production.
